QUALIFICATION TESTING
- Cycling tests for durability include water submersion/seals to 500 cycles, cap and closure seals to 6500 cycles
- Internal proof pressure seal testing (ground to altitude environments)
- External proof pressure seal testing (simulates seawater submersion depths)
- Carabiner buckle and lanyard tensile strength optimized for tear-away safety
